Default Hardboiled Eggs

Hi Everyone!

My kiddos and I colored eggs last night, 5 dozen in all and I'd like to have 3 of them minus the yolk. On the old plan 3 whites were either 0 or 1 point. How many points are they on P+?

3 whites = 1 P+ according to etools. Actually so is 4. If you have 5 it goes up to 2.

That's a fun family project, Kimberly!

I eat an egg with a slice of whole-wheat toast on the mornings I am going to exercise. It's only 2 P+ for the egg and a great source of nutrients. For bulking up omelettes or other egg dishes, I'll use one whole egg plus some egg whites.
