Hi Everyone! I have totally gotten off track and can't seem to jump back on it. I have still exercised 3 times a week but can't seem to change my eating habits. I just find myself CRAVING

food. Hopefully Monday is a new week and I can start all over. I am going to walk in a little while and clear my head. Thanks for the support everyone
