Default Break up! feeling so fat and gross.
TODAY is the day my life changes.

I've gone through a break up from **** and I let my fitness goals go. I went from 180-150 before I met him, then stopped.

I'm done putting MY body behind other people.

Let my 18lb weight loss begin...

I'm sorry to hear about your horrible break up, but I think this may be a blessing for you-at least, you're putting yourself before others, and for now, you really need to do that.
