Default Detox from super bowl junk

OUCH! I was doing SO good and then went to a super bowl party and ate wings, pizza, a cookie and a piece of banana bread

Today is detox, I had my coffee but will only have water, and fill up on fruits and LOTS of veggies for the rest of the day.

Am I the only one?

Why punish your body further by depriving it of protein and healthy grains? Just go back to your normal way of eating. You "undo" what you did yesterday by going to another extreme, any more than one day of eating at a party undid all your hard work before.

I ate way too much junk yesterday as well and I'm really feeling it today. But like seagirl said, I'm just continuing on with my normal way of eating today.

I think a lot of us killed our stomachs but it was nice to have a break from salad and low cal soups. I love my salads... but the superbowl is for WINGS and bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. Don't beat yourself up, you can't have a healthy relationship with food if you feel bad about enjoying greasy, fatty fare once in a while! I can't wait to look good but I don't want to miss out on life on the way there!

Ouch- this is why I stayed away from Superbowl parties lol.

I agree to just go back to your normal routine but be 100% on plan. You still need to eat some protein! And drink TONS of water to flush out all that sodium!

I made grilled shrimp with grilled asparagus but I also had a few deviled eggs and half a cup of coleslaw, now I show no loss for the week but I know that's not true!
