Default A question regarding Zero points WW soup

Hi

Does anyone know ~ can you freeze the weight watchers zero points soup? How long can you keep it in the fridge?

Thank you for your help.

It freezes well (some of the vegetables do get a little softer).

In theory, the soup can be kept indefinitely if you bring the whole batch to a boil every couple days. I say in theory, because while you can keep the soup safe to eat indefinitely, it doesn't mean you would like it indefinitely. The veggies get softer and softer as you do so, and eventually disintegrate into mush (it's yummy mush, but it's still mush). The flavor seems to get better every day, and I don't mind soft veggies, so I usually make a huge batch and eat it daily for up to a week.
