Default Newbie here! This site looks awesome!
I went to the internet today looking for a weight loss help site with a support group. I'm so tickled to find this site. I'm a 5'3"ish woman. I'm currently 188 lbs (down from 330, with the help of weight loss surgery in 2005). Lowest I got to was 165. I got back up to 213 in 2009. I lost 25 lbs this year. I'm so happy. I'm hoping to get down to 150! I'm hoping the wonderful people from this site can give me the support and encourgement to do it!
