Default Thank you, Robin

I just read your response to Goodforme's post about anorexia. I have a major problem with exercise. I know it will help me lose weight faster, help control my diabetes and even lower cholesterol but I just can't seem to get going and DO IT! Yes, I go to the pool three times a week and I really have a good one hour workout while I'm there but as for land-based exercise...well, let's just say I'm a total slug. Your suggestion to start with just 5 minutes is a darned good one. I think I could handle that. Once I can do that without pain, I can increase it bit by bit. It makes perfect sense. I have a new stationary bike just sitting here gathering dust. I could be pedalling away on that while watching my soap each afternoon...even just for 5 minutes. I can DO THAT! Thanks for the inspiration. Others may have said it before you, but yours was the post that got to me. Thanks again.

your very welcome Linda

The best part of all of this ......the pains in my legs and feet are gone. It took a very long time. But I dont wince in pain when I get off the couch any more.

You can do it...5 min at a time or one block at a time or even one set of commercials during your soaps at a time.

Robin
