Default December WEEKLY weigh in
Figure I would start a December weekly weigh in so on Decmeber 1st or whenever you weigh next week come join me. I weigh on Saturdays.

Good Job on losing 3 pounds. I know it is I just get frustrated sometimes because i want losing weight to go faster but I know I didnt get this way fast either so it isnt gonna come off fast. Least TOM showed up 3 pounds should be off by Saturday I always hold 3 pounds before TOM.
