Well, last year at this time I was 30 pounds lighter as a result of WW. Gradually it came back as I fell off plan -and 13 of those pounds have come back since June. I seriously have NOT been eating like I used to so the gain seems excessive. But anyway like I said, I recommitted and have had no luck. I thought it was because of TOM, but that ended last week. I had a complete blood work-up so there are no medical issues. I even really cut ot almost all sugars , plus haven't had any soda the past week, haven't had alcohol since August. I have been doing the program like I did last time I lost: measuring,etc. I just feel huge-like REALLY bloated and it doesn't seem right with what I am eating. Like I said, I didn't even over do it at all yesterday: I had turkey, a ton of broccoli, a bit of stuffing and the worst was a dinner roll (no butter). No mashed potatoes, no gravy, and I didn't even have dessert. Ugh.
