Tuesday
Well I finally did it. I lost enough weight to get past that 190 point. I've been going back and forth with this all summer long, and I did it. I lost 2 pounds last night. I'm pumped just like a lot of us here. Lets keep going with the mind set changes, the inner changes, and exercising, eating healthy (NOT DIETING). We can do this with the right attitude, and all our efforts, be big or small will add up.
