Good Morning !

Another beautiful crisp fall day. Tomorrow we are expecting SNOW Like I said to Tippy, its just to dang early but no sense worrying about it. Today I'm heading out at lunch to find my neice a costume for Thursday...this aught to be fun.

Nothing else new, just trying to fight this sore throat -

Hope you feel better Leens.

We had a terrible rain storm this morning. I was getting up to go to the gym but the lighting looked like a strobe light. Then it started to hail. I thought that may be a sign to stay home this morning. A pine tree fell on my neighbors garage. I couldn't tell if it hit their car or just messed up their roof. I kind of know what they are going through. We had a tree fall during one of the hurricanes this year and damage our fence. Thank goodness it fell away from the house. If it would have fallen towards the house it would have hit our bedroom. When I got to work this morning we had no power. A tornado touched down a couple of blocks from here and brought down some power lines. It finally came back on. I guess that was a good thing. I was hoping I could have gone home.

Today is the big day at the ole' doc's office. I'll have to tell you guys what he says.

Hi Leens and Kempyd;
Boy! sounds like a rough weather situation Kempyd, I hope it clears. Wow Leens, snow, I wish we could get snow here in California, but we usually don't get it until late Januaray or February. It has been nice here, cool in the mornings warmer in the afternoon. Thats nice for me, I'm in the process of looking for work.

Good luck Leens on finding a Halloween costume, there are so many cute ones out this year that I've seen.

Hey Gang!

We had the same weather that Kempyd had but it was from about 12:30 til 3:00 this morning. It was wild - just like Kempyd said - like a strobe light show. Actually it was quite beautiful if you aren't terrified (which I'm not). I guess I don't have enough sense to be afraid of the weather. hehe

My body is still on the old time and so of course I was up early this morning, actually before 5:00, so I got up and did a 30 minute walk aerobics tape. Yea! I love it when I get that done early! and then got cleaned up and ready for work. Got to see lots of sights on the way to work from all the damage from the storm. This is 11 days of rain for us but hopefully it is ending today. It will take weeks for this place to dry out and for my hubby to get back to mowing.
