I was having the same problem too awhile ago, and my therapist suggested a nutritionist and it
really helped. maybe you should talk to a therapist or nutritionist? It doesn't seem like you're anywhere near your maintenance range. I don't want to jump to conclusions, I don't know your situation, but it doesn't seem (from where i'm standing) that you're at sustainable weight.
