Put it away. Give it to someone else. Finish it up and don't buy any more.

I found out that the best way not to crave things that don't do me any good is not to have them around my house! No white bread, no chocolates, no candy... you know, the things that would usually tempt me.

Smile Yes you CAN

I just loss 100lbs and I know first hand how hard it can be to break old ways there are a lot of trainers out there that say all kinds of things but yet they have neer been where your at. When I came to the conclusion that I really needed to loss weight yeah I said it in my head but taking that first step was not easy. I had a frien who went thou it and started sending me some quotes daily this was her first one. Hope it helps you. As it did me.

When we look at a certain object, a painting for example – we won’t be able to appreciate what’s in it, what is painted and what else goes with it if the painting is just an inch away from our face. But if we try to take it a little further, we’ll have a clearer vision of the whole art work.

We reach a point in our life when we are ready for change and a whole bunch of information that will help us unlock our self improvement power.

Sounds like also you have been really eating too little- I found I'd binge after practically starving myself- not a good thing to do!

What's your plan? What are you eating? Are you counting calories? At your weight I would be eating around 2100 calories per day (I'm assuming 283) to lose weight.

I love blue cheese. Laughing Cow now makes the wedges in BC flavor. They are delish. If I get a craving, I use one of those on a Wasa cracker. 70 cals total.
