hey there, im new here...my name ab....ive been logging on my own and going it alone,,,im alone and i can use the support of other bloggers , i have fallen off the wagon, can use a motivational buddy and workout buddy as well....im happy to join and read all the great things here

Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.

Hi, I'm also new (2nd day) I'm loving this site, Although it seems to be a little slow! Dont know why, but trying not to get frustrated. I live in WNY so I guess walking together is out but we can hol each other accountable. I'm gonna do 2mi. on the treadmill this morning. What excercise do you have planned for today?
