Default Hi All!
I just stumbled across this forum, and I found some very useful information here. I started my weight loss goal January 17th and using wii fit plus, counting calories and working out I have gone from 325lbs to 258lbs and I'm still going. I've lost 67lbs and I am really happy about it.

Hope to leave some helpful information here when all is said and done but I am mostly a lurker but I thought I would brag a little and introduce myself at the same time!
