Talking Went Clubbing, and I didn't over do it!

I went out clubbing with some girlfriends last night, and went into the bar thinking that It was going to be total sabatoge. But it wasn't! I was good most of the night, had Rum with Diet not regular pop, didnt do to many shots, didnt have any bar food......... And when I got up and weighed this morning, I LOST 1lb! How does that happen, woho

I know how hard that is so CONGRATULATIONS! It takes practice but I think we can reprogram ourselves to focus on being with friends and the conversation over booze/food - I know that's what I'm working on!

That's awesome! Congrats! I do just want to warn you though--the scale might jump back up later--drinking gets rid of a lot of water weight! Whenever I drink but don't eat the bar food, I'm always lower the next day and it comes back afterwards!

Excellent news! I have a very hard time going to clubs or bars and sticking with healthy (and safe) choices. I'm getting better at it, but I do admit it something I still struggle with.
