Sharry, if you can't get anything down today, you need to call your doctor and get a slight unfill. Make sure you do not leave his office until you can get a couple of cups of water down, even if it takes 1/2 hr. Its worth the wait.

Do not wait... you can become dehydrated.

It can take a few days for the swelling to go down but right from get go, you should be able to swallow water.

Sharry, I think you need to call your doctor, sounds like your a tad to tight. Thin liquids should not be a problem going down, if you are having a hard time you need to get a slight unfill.

Please call him/her and let them know whats going on.
