Good morning everyone! I joined the board a few days ago and I am still trying to learn the site. Can someone please explain to me how to add a weight loss ticker? I can't seem to find it anywhere!

You have to be a member for 20 days before you can add one I think.

And have at least 20 posts. I was impatient, but I finally got mine on Monday.

You have to be a board member for 20 days and have made 20 posts. After these two requirement you will be able to add your signature and allowed the PM (private messaging) priviledge. Here are the links describing how to add the ticker and/or signature:

You cannot post links until you've been here 20 days and done 20 posts.
(We are sooo mean but we do get spammers.)

You joined July 11th.
Click on your name beside your post and a drop-down list will appear. Then click on Profile.

You can add an individual ticker before 20 days, but you just can't have a signature before 20 days. You have to have 25 posts before you can post the ticker.

Go to Quick Links up top
then Sig Weight Tracker
then make your ticker and post it in a comment until the 20 days are up and you can have a signature if you're dying to use it!

Hope this helps! Here is mine to show that you don't have to be a member 20 days to just post it in a comment.

Sunshine, that works all right but then we MODs get people complaining that somebody who joined after them gets a ticker.
We'd appreciate if folks didn't try to get around the rules - silly but we all are volunteers with real jobs.

I wasn't trying to get around any rules and didn't realize I was breaking any. I didn't post one until after I had already made 25 posts. If you're not allowed to have one before 20 days the website shouldn't allow you to do it at all. My apologies.

I just want to add that for my those 20 days were a lot more than wait for my ticker, before i just star diet and i will quit in my firs week, but this time i waited 20 days , just to have my ticker , and look where i am now, 20 moths later. Thaks for make us to wait......
