My scale this morning said 227!!!! I've now lost 15 pounds and can add that extra cheerleader I've been wanting so bad I've been half on plan so far the month of July (what with the 4th, vacation, and birthday parties and such), and I've been hovering around the 228-229 range. I'm so glad that the scale finally moved on down!! I've still been diligent about my exercise, and I've got a new spurt of motivation now!!

Yay Roll Tide! I remember when I hit my 15 pounds lost I felt like I was REALLY doing this! The time has flown by for me since then! You're doing great! Keep going!!
wow thats great. I have just started counting calories on monday and not worrying about anything else and i am down 3 pounds this week.. 3 i havent lost 3 pounds in sooooooo long...
