Hi, I'm 27 years old and have just been through the wringer these last couple of years. I've struggled with quite my fair share of problems, and suffered from depression and an eating disorder that kept my frame underweight for the last 5 to 6 years.
Fast forward to last fall, a car accident, a break up, a nervous break down, and just...I am not sure what and cue OUT OF CONTROL weight gain. It is very hard for me to admit that i gained nearly 90 pounds in 6 months, leaving me nearly obese.
I know so much about nurtrition, i know i have the will power (no matter how ill used my knowledge was towards myself) and I am very determined to turn things around. I'd like to lose a good bit of this weight w/in 10 months (hopefully not too unrealistic) and do so the right way...which i know for me will be challenging. I am currently suffering from a mystery illness (right after i finally started eating well and exercising, i am unable to work out or do much without a lot of pain...what doesn't kill you makes you stronger i hear) and I really hope to gain wisdom and support and the like from you all around here.
