This is a good place

Even when I stopped focussing on my weight loss for a few months and was working on quitting smoking and eating healthier and cutting out gluten, coming back was like I had never left.
One huge motivator is to look through the goal and mini goal threads, just think, that will be you one day! When I first started it seemed like there was so much ahead, and there was, but now I'm already at a 26 pound loss and am feeling great.
