I think you're eating enough, but if you feel like you're starving, you could try increasing your calories a bit. A safe amount of weight to lose a week is 1% of your body weight, so if you weigh 270 then you can safely lose 2.7 pounds. So with your workouts if you find yourself losing more than that, then you should up your calories a bit, but if you under that amount then you should keep eating what you're eating.
