Default NSV - Blood Pressure Drugs
After being on WW again for 5 weeks and exercising I started noticing that my B/P was dropping. Today my doctor told me for the time being that I can stop taking my meds and see if it stays down. This is so exciting for me! I was in hopes that at some point I could lower my dosage or even take it less frequently and I might be jumping the gun but I never imagined at 51 years old that I would be able to completely go off of it.

I'm so excited I think I will go for a long walk! HAHA
