A little about myself. I am 41, married for 11 years this year. I have 2 daughters and 2 step children. I work full time at the local college here as an Administrative/Program Assistant to the directors of the Southern Oregon Wine Institute and Workforce & Community Education, *Whew, what a mouth-full*

My husband and I are both trying to lose weight since we both work all day then come home tired and have no motivation. We used to work out at the Y but then started coming up with excuses not to go. We have thought about trying the game "Just Dance" with our daughter and we go on daily walks, but mostly, we just need to get back to the YMCA.

I play softball every year. Women's and co-ed, womens league just started and am jazzed about that.

So, I think that is about it, nothing much going on here except for trying to lose some weight and get down below 200 for the first time in 20 years.

Welcome. Since Chicks can be overwhelming at first, I suggest you look for a support group or challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated. Find one you like that fits your needs, or inspires you, and just post to join.
