Hi, I'm new here and I need to lose 130 pounds. I'm so happy I found this place because I think this is the best chance I have to do it. I'm hoping to learn a lot from you all.

I too need to lose about 130 lbs so I am right there with you! Haven't you given yourself little goals yet. Do you know where you want to be in a year?
