My all time favorite is the Pina Colada! I also like the jello (jelly), pink lemonade and the premade vanilla drink.

Personally, I don't like the soups. I buy the jello, pre-made chocolate and vanilla shakes, and the chocolate, vanilla and butterscotch puddings. I have a shake at breakfast and snack, and either a pudding or jello at lunch for "dessert" after a salad or veggies.

I basically only eat the omelette, chocolate drink (powdered), vanilla drink (pre-made), cereal and wildberry yogurt drink. Those have been my favorites throughout my IP experience.

Try to do your chocolate drink with the chocolate pudding with 300 ml of water, with a dash of splenda or vanilla.. You'll have the same great taste, but two time the amount of liquid, and 2 (or 3 I can't remember) carbs, instead of 7 Thanks to Jordanna for this great tips

I LOVE the eggs, crispy cereal, cappuccino, pina colada, blueberry drink, choc pudding, ready made vanilla, jello, wild berry yogurt (as a drink only), chicken and mushroom soups.. in that order.

Carmel Nut Bar, Pre-made vanilla shakes, Cookies-n-Cream Bar, Chicken Soup, Salt & Vinegar Ridges, Butterscotch Pudding

These really help me since I am majorly addicted to junk food.

The veggies and extra protein daily do start to taste better the farther I get on the diet - but I still look forward to the IP treats.

I only use three items now... The cappuccino drink (which I mix every morning with a single serve, decaf, VIA instant coffee from Starbucks), The Wildberry Yogurt as a drink for lunch and the Chocolate drink at night for a snack! :-) I stick with what i like.

Any particular reason you use decaf coffee versus leaded coffee? I am really missing my caffeine, and was planning on trying the coffee/cappuchino drink combo - maybe as an ice-blended coffee...

Becky - no particular reason really, I just have never drank caffeinated beverages, but I love the taste of coffee! :-) I'm sure you'd be fine with regular!

My new favorite is the chocolate drink box - I pour the drink in the blender with instant coffee, ice and cinnamon. Great snack!!!

Trying to figure out what to get tomorrow at my appointment. Don't know if I should try something new or just stick with what I know I like???
