Default Hi Newbie here Hope Im correct in this post
Hi My name is Gladys Im 49 next week I have been on the journey to have my gastric bypass.Its been a long time already and I was just gaining weight.. I am doing it all by the book .. so I hope to find support and diets post op.. I have my protein drinks in the morning now Im excitied to be here.. hope to meet alot of new friends.. hugs have a great day
