Default Body fat %

I'm curious about our body fat % & goal weight...as I understand it @ MRC they recommend we're at a healthy range - 27% has been the goal they've used on the tanita scale in my case. Is that the case for you?

27% would be great - certainly an improvement from where I started. Do any of you have any information on successful clients and their body fat %? They make it sound like you're more likely to sustain the weight loss if in a healthy range. I would love to hear of others who sustain their weight loss after MRC.

I would like to bring down my body fat % - but hope to be within 10 lbs of goal. Would increasing exercise towards the end of goal hinder success on the scale but contribute to a lower body fat %? Pointers welcome.

Hoping to move on to phase II shortly - crossing my fingers anyway!

Thanks all-
