I will never know if it helped, as I started out on it and dropped pretty dramatically. So, maybe it was helpful. Or maybe it was everything else??

Thanks for posting those ingredients. I have been wondering if I should begin that and the MRC 6. I have only been doing the supplements.

I thought Bitter Orange was what they'd used to replace ephedra when it was taken off the market? If so, I'm sure it works.

Hey~ I am new to this and am still figuring this website out! I started Metabolic research last year and ended up not going back, I got frustrated! But, I did lose 14 lbs. That being said, I have the diets and most of the supplements, but our center closed Can anyone give me a list of what they took while on this program. Thanks

Default metabolic supplements

I am starting the meta. research center on Friday and was wondering which supplements I should buy that are going to speed up the weight loss for me. They told me that the all day weight loss was the strongest one but I haven't seen anyone mention taking that one yet! Someone please give me some advice!

The all day weight loss supplement if I am not mistaken is the most expensive supplement. You should have gotten a list with the different supplements and what they are good for...if you want to know (b/c there are so many) I can scan a copy of the sheet & email it to you

Karla - I would love that list - am considering going into MCR for an initial consultation and would rather be prepared w/what I'm okay with purchasing versus a heavy sales pitch.

That would be great! She just told me that this was the strongest one. I need one that really works. I know I need the vitamins also, but can you recommend a supplement that actually helps to lose the weight so I'm not just wasting my money? Thanks!

This is my second time at MRC, the first time I lost really well...just didn't stick with it after I lost about 35 pounds. I'm back because I know it works, I took everything on the list that I thought would increase my weight loss and help to keep my skin firm. I know it all worked for me then, it is alot of money to do all of that so I don't think I will be able to continue to take all of them this time. Joy, what did or do you do? Do you or anyone else know anything about the UC2?

Here is a post a wrote some time ago. But before I post it, no, not familiar with UC2.

----------------------

I began in August 09 and in addition to the 5 HNS daily, I purchased Corti-Trim and MRC6 and saw a nice loss through December, approx 60 lbs and 70 inches. In addition to those supplements (and not purchased from MRC), I take 12-14 high quality fish oils per day (Life Extension), whole food multivitamin, Natren's Healthy Trinity pro-biotic (I believe this helps facilitate weight loss in and of itself), and Natural Calm magnesium supplement (hot magnesium drink rapidly absorbed into the body and provides a calming affect and also helps with relief of pain in the body (would surely consider this for fibromyalgia). Also helps keeping you regular as well.

Once the MRC6 & Corti-Trim ran out in December, I have gone on without them. Weight loss has slowed, but then again, haven't kept my nose to the grindstone as well over the last couple of months, but still lost some. I also walk 4-5 times a week for 45 min to 1 hour, and have begun using my Bosu ball for toning the mid core. I see a huge difference. My weight is still high at about 183 (now 175), but people don't believe it when I tell them that I still weigh this much. I am wearing size 14 jeans (use to be 22-24) and my sweaters are now size large (use to be 3x). I am opting now to continue without any of the other MRC supplements EXCEPT for the hns (now doing 4 per day). After about another month, if loss doesn't pick up again, I will re-purchase the MRC6 and Corti-Trim. Will try to come back and update this, should I do this to help justification of these extra supplements, but right now, I am convinced they may not be needed. I do drink the water, about 128 oz per day! I believe the water is KEY!

Okay, this is new on 4/28: Since last Monday 4/26 to today Wed 4/28, I am down 3 lbs after doing the Meta-Quick plan. Never had done this plan before, so I am please with it. Even really like it!

So, my weight is down, I am feeling terrific, and last blood chemistry shows me in normal range for everything (cholesterol, triglycerides, including my A1C for type 2 diabetes at 6.0). This is my true proof. My blood pressure is good for the first time in at least the last 15+ years! I attribute much of this to the high doses of quality omega 3s (Life Extension). I do like the MRC plan. Hope this helps! --Joy2MeNu

Joy, Thanks for the reply. It sounds like you have done great! The first time I was on the plan I was able to get off my high blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds. I also had carpal tunnel and bursitis in both hips, it all went away! I had more energy and slept better at night. After I gained my weight back all the medical problems returned...however, the carpal tunnel is not very bad..just have problems once in a while and I am on the computer all day every day with my job. Anyway, I know it works not only for weight loss but for overall health.
