come on over to the september challenge! there are lots of supportive & wonderful people there~you may also want to intro yourselves on the "about ourselves" thread, started by monique.

i want to lose 20-25# too, so we are in the same boat. where in south fl. are you? i was just in ft. lauderdale in may/june.
are you doing any special program to lose weight such as WW, laweightloss, etc? what's your fitness level?
