I'm just getting back into the grove of calorie-counting and have to eat through the not-so-good things in my house before I can afford to go out and restock my kitchen with foods that are good for me. I started a shopping list using recommendations from here, but I thought it would really helpful if everyone listed one or two days of what they ate and when (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, etc.). I (and anyone else!) can use it to think of things we might not thought of or get some ideas for some good recipes.
So, if you will, I'd love to hear about a typical day or two of yours, food-wise!
