every 20 lbs i'm getting a massage at a fancy gym so I also get to use their facilities for the day. (i love fancy gyms!)

Every 10 pounds a pedicure!

I'm bad at treating myself for reaching a weight goal but I'm good at buying things so I've got this after-the-fact justification system going on. Last week I bought somethings not in our budget and then went to weigh in - I used the previous purchase to as the treat. I really should get better about that.

A massage sounds glorious!

A massage sounds like a wonderful idea! I've also got several people in my life who are very supportive. When I lose they are so excited for me. It's an incentive to tell them and have them cheer me on - I like it so much, I want to lose just to hear it. One of my mini-goals is to wear a smaller size. I was pretty packed into the size I was wearing but now could buy something for myself at that smaller size. I haven't yet, because I like the idea of it more than actually owning something. Plus, I've decided to wait and buy something because I love it, not just because I can get into it! So, I go into stores and try things on in that smaller size - just for fun. Maybe by the time I pick something, I'll be even smaller.

I'm bad at incentives. For me the biggest incentive was just losing the weight. I want to be smaller and healthier. I feel like I don't need more incentive than that. I like to think that I'm worth a pedicure and a massage no matter what my weight. Probably why my self-esteem has been so high no matter my weight.

I do like those smaller clothes and the compliments though. For me that makes it worth it too.

incentive -- HEALTH! Heading to a time when I will no longer need medications -- probably not too far away, for that matter.

oh, and NEW CLOTHES are so much fun. I bought new t-shirts to work out in last night. When I started a few months ago, I needed mens 3x, but this time I bought MEDIUMS! And my jeans went from 22-24 to 14s so that really gets me going!

My incentive is to get into the clothes in my other closet...the clothes that used to fit but now don't. They are cute spring and summer clothes too....By May they should fit again.

Ohhhh......incentives.....I LOVE incentives!
Every 10 lbs I buy a new nail art plate and take time to myself with a long bubble bath and book.....my boys are not allowed to knock unless it is an emergency!

I'm almost to goal at 165 my hubby has promised to take me to the Mystery Dinner Theater! I can't wait to go.

When I hit 180 he started running with me.....he beats me every time....but I love it.

What I picked doesn't cost a lot but I love the little things
