Let's not discuss yesterday.

Today I will stick to this and am better prepared!

B-2 eggs - 3 decaf
L- small salad w/chicken & onion leftover fajita meat
D-grilled spareribs, 1/2 bake potato w/butter, deviled eggs

water-goal - at least 64 oz

I'm not sure what form of exercise-does cleaning the garage out count? My gym is closed today, too and I've given away all the home equipment.

Default Day 2

OK, here we go:

b-2 eggs, 2 slices bacon
l-chicken cesear salad
s-nuts, cheese
d-? going to DS, probably steak and salad
s-cottage cheese & jello

the true challenge will be the next 4 days back at work. I am working on a list for lunch/snacks and have fried enough bacon for the rest of the week.

JANICE, of course cleaning out the garage counts! But then again, I think a bubble bath counts as physical activity!

For you Fat Flushers out there: I found unsweetened cranberry juice at Trader Joes for $3.69. That beats $8.49 at the health food store- although it's not "organic." I have to say I really feel the cranwater is helping me. I am just having 1 glass in the morning for my vitamins, and one glass at night with psyllium in it, but it sure is refreshing for not too many carbs! Just a Sweet'n Low or some splenda in it- so nice for a change from tea.

That's it. A quick flylady with the kitchen mop and 1/2 hr of ironing, and I'm done. Chicken breasts are in the oven, and I'm making shrimp salad for lunches, and bought some individual cheeses and cottage cheeses for work.

THIS IS HARD!

My original suggestion was to start on Tuesday (after the holiday) . I thought that it would be easier after the holiday because those that are on vacation or have Labor Day plans could start with us at the same time.
Tomorrow will be day 1 for me and that is when I'll post my plans and goals.

I thought I'd join in the challenge here. I need some motivation!
Tomorrow begins my 4th week on a LC eating plan. My goals are to stick to a LC WOE at least 6 days of the week, drink water every day, and do something active each day.

Today's menu:
B-fried eggs, sausage, ww toast w/butter (*didn't eat my veggie!)
S-cottage cheese, water
L-Spaghetti squash w/marinara sauce and parmesan cheese(first time trying this, turned out okay), iced tea
S-Pork rinds, plum
D-Sticky Chicken, broccoli w/cheese, carb(to be announced!), ice water

Exercise-walk in the evening

Darn! I've already had to edit. DH and DS decided they didn't want what I planned! grrrr, so, the edited menu is what I will stick to. Not happy about lack of veggies. Maybe I'll add a small dinner salad and try not to touch the potato! That's ok! They changed my safe plan and now they aren't getting the planned desert (that I don't like!!)

But doing pretty good. Drinking water, walked about 45 minutes altho at a somewhat leisurely pace-it was movement!

Tomorrow ~~~~ the gym !

Okay, Breakfast was too high in carbs. I ate my Old breakfast stanby, something left over from my Larry North Slimdown days
B:1/2 c dry oatmeal mixted with 1 container lf yogurt with 1T pecan. But boy did I enjoy it!

L: meatloaf and leftover steamed veggies

S: shrimp w/ pesto sauce, mixed veggies

I was proud of myself today. My mom invited us to eat homemade ice cream, and I turned it down because I didn't want to ruin things at this point!
