Default Hunger after morning work out

So I worked out this morning( I usually work out at night) and all day I have been so hungry is that common for other people? IF so how do you deal with it? And do any of you know a good food to eat when you are done working out ?

Thanks.

Whenever I work out in the morning, I want to eat ALL day and no amount of food seems to curb the hunger. I'm no help at all, I just wanted to sympathize.

i often work out in the morning (i work out before i have any breakfast)
So i'll eat breakfast after that and that often cease the hunger down.
You can also add some seed / nuts. They are good when it comes to filling you up ^_^ Just don't go overboard.

i usually work out 2 hours after breakfast. I'm at the gym for 2 hours at the most so by the time I get back, shower and doll myself up, it's time for lunch. I usually stick to protein and that curbs my hunger.

I also chew a lot of peppermint gum, and I'll drink peppermint tea, and the peppermint REALLY curbs my hunger too. I'd definitely suggest popping in some peppermint gum after your workout.

I have the exact opposite problem. Whenever I work out I get "unhungry". I can be starved at the gym and by the time I walk out I feel like I've eaten a 5 course meal.

Yes, this will happen to me. But like Samantha, its usually lunch when I finish working out and shower etc. Then I keep gum with me and just keep drinking water.

I also workout in the morning before breakfast most days. I do find that I end up having lunch earlier as a result of being hungry. Sometimes to delay lunch I'll have fruit or a small skinny latte.

It's not so much working out in the AM that makes me hungry, it's more to do with making my day an extra 2 hours longer by waking up earlier to fit it in before school/work. I do eat less when I sleep for 8+ hours a night than when I sleep for less than 7 hours a night. but, maybe that's just me.
