Default Appetite Supressant?

Does anyone have a cheaper alternative for the MRC appetite suppressant?
Theirs is $75.00 for 1 month and I was hoping someone found a replacement that compares, but is cheaper. I really would appreciate you sharing your findings...

I understand where you are coming from as this diet is a whole lot more expensive than I originally thought it would be when you start adding any of their supplements.

I haven't had a problem with hunger. Instead of an appetite suppresent why don't you consider psyllium husks; they do fill you up. I am copying and pasting a post I just wrote on it for you to look at. Psyllium can bulk up to 50times its size which is why you need to drink lots of water with it and why it helps with hunger.

Subject: Constipation & Fiber
Never thought I would be writing on this subject! There isn't much fiber in the MRC diet which is why the consultants are always asking if we're constipated. I haven't had that problem but after reading the Belly Fat Cure I realized the importance of fiber. In the book the author talks about the importance of fiber to get rid of belly fat and suggests a Belly Fat Cure Drink in which you mix whole psyllium husks with water for an instant shot of fiber. My center said they think the psyllium is a good idea, especially for anyone having constipation problems. I bought the whole husks from www.swansonsvitamins.com $4.65 for 16 oz which will last forever. You need to drink lots of water to keep the psyllium from acting like cement which isn't a problem on this diet. I usually have mine between breakfast and lunch.

Thank you,

I actually have no problem with hunger. It's my sister who is doing MRC also and she has a real problem between lunch and dinner. We both do the 100% Psyllium Fiber from KONSYL. It's 100% Natural. Free from all additives such as sugar, sugar substitues, carb, fat, etc. I think she drinks hers after dinner. Maybe it will help if she drinks it when the hunger pains hit. Good idea. I'll have to let her in on this...Thanks

Go to GNC and get Revolution Thermogenic Push, it will curb appetite BIG time and give you energy!! I used it the first 2 months OP and don't need it anymore, and it worked awesome!! Good Luck!!

P.S.> This is something you should take in the morning or by noon, if not you may not sleep...
