The breakfast dairy is easy, but the 2nd dairy do we just mix it in with the night-time snack? How do you mix in the 2nd fruit? If I could so 2 for lunch that would be great but of course I think that would probably through something off. Anything that you could suggest I would REALLY appreciate.

I eat yogurt w/ my breakfast for my first dairy and then for my morning snack, I have my HNS and a piece of fruit (usually an apple), then after my lunch I will have a second piece of fruit. Then for my afternoon snack, I have another HNS and some melba toast. A couple of times a week I let myself have a meal replacement bar for a snack. I've found that if I do that too often though, it slows down my weight loss. Then at bedtime I mix 1 cup of skim milk w/ the chocolate pudding mix and it makes really thick chocolate milk...YUMMY
There is a second plan that we go to once we are under 200 lbs. It doesn't change much though. Instead of 8 oz of raw veggies, it's 6 oz and the meat drops from 4 oz to 3 oz. But other than that, it stays the same.
