Default Metabalance

Anyone else on Metabalance? Does anyone know the difference between Metabalance & the other plans?

You get more carbs on the meta balance. Ex: we get a dairy w/ breakfast, a fruit for morning snack, fruit w/ lunch, bread w/ afternoon snack, and dairy for an evening snack. On the meta slim program you only get hns for a snack and no dairy (yogurt or milk)...I think, somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok makes sense. The menu confused me a bit b/c it says you need 2 dairy & fruit servings, but then for the snacks my menu says : HNS or fruit or nutra bar. I was wondering if it was a typo or if I had a brain fog there for a moment. How have you mixed in your fruit & dairy. The breakfast dairy is easy, but the 2nd dairy do we just mix it in with the night-time snack? How do you mix in the 2nd fruit? If I could so 2 for lunch that would be great but of course I think that would probably through something off. Anything that you could suggest I would REALLY appreciate.

Oh gosh, I miss dairy. How do you go about getting on the Metabalance program instead of Metaslim?

I would suggest maybe talking to one of your counselors at your center. But, I don't think that our menu changes like yours so keep that in mind (correct me if i'm wrong suz) I wish I could put the 2 menus side-by-side....i'm just curious you know. Maybe they'll give up the goods @ my center and let me see a copy just for fun....hmmmm....i'll keep y'all posted on that

I eat yogurt w/ my breakfast for my first dairy and then for my morning snack, I have my HNS and a piece of fruit (usually an apple), then after my lunch I will have a second piece of fruit. Then for my afternoon snack, I have another HNS and some melba toast. A couple of times a week I let myself have a meal replacement bar for a snack. I've found that if I do that too often though, it slows down my weight loss. Then at bedtime I mix 1 cup of skim milk w/ the chocolate pudding mix and it makes really thick chocolate milk...YUMMY

There is a second plan that we go to once we are under 200 lbs. It doesn't change much though. Instead of 8 oz of raw veggies, it's 6 oz and the meat drops from 4 oz to 3 oz. But other than that, it stays the same.
