Red face Metabolic Balance

Hey all! I am new to this website but I researche MRC through it.

After going through my questionaire at my consultation it was determined that I needed to do the Balance program. I am currently doing my pre-conditioning right now and get my food program on friday.

Can anyone out there tell me if they are on this program (versus the Slim) and what its like. It sounds like I will lose weight slower but not sure.

Thanks!

they put you on this b/c of certain health conditions you may have. You will probably lose weight slower, but don't let that discourage you. It is a very healthy prgm and works!

I just switched to the Meta-Balance instead of slim. I was on slim for 30 days with a little loss, not what I or the center had in mind, so they switched me to balance. For me the switch was due to my exercise level. I am an aerobics instructor and kickboxing instructor so they are thinking I wasn't getting enough calories on the slim program. I am only on day 2 of balance, but so far I love it, it is so much better for me I am never hungry like I was on the slim program. You will do great and don't worry about losing slower, I have read from others on this board that they are on balance and are still losting quickly. Best of luck! You can do it!

I have been on both. I lost about 35lbs on Meta Balance. I had to stop the program b/c of medical reasons, but now that I am off of certain medications I am on Meta Slim. Do not get discouraged b/c they can change your menu throughout your weight loss journey. PS There are 2 different Meta Slim menus. One has 2 meals and 1 has 3 meals and more HNS intake.

I am on Balance and have had good results so far. I am on day 14 and am down 8 pounds. I am on it because I have high muscle volume, so Balance gives me a little extra so I don't lose that muscle mass. I like it because I don't feel starved. I get hungry again right about the time I am ready to have my next food.

Hey ladies, I was on the Meta Slim program until mid summer last year and lost quite a bit. I've had to discontinue the program due to financial and briefley for medical reasons. I'm trying to get back on track and was wondering about the Balance program. They didn't have it available when I was an active member. I plan to rejoin when I hit my goal, for the maintenance.

I try to follow meta slim green menu and I get the HNS at a great site online. (I'll email you a link if you'd like).

Would someone mind e-mailing me some info about Balance? I think I could benefit from it, cause before, the more I kicked up my exercise routine the more my weight loss stopped and hit an almost permanent plateau for a couple of months. It was very discouraging. I appreciate any help I'm really struggling. Please feel free to send me a private message. I love MRC and its the ONLY thing that has ever worked for me. Thanks Ladies

I switched to meta balance today. I spent two weeks on meta slim and since I am not 100% perfect, nothing's happening. My weight won't budge. Since my work schedule is so busy and I work out quite a bit, I think meta balance is going to be the key to getting outta this rut. My center said that meta balance is not a chemical burn and focuses more on calories than carbs to protein ratios...so falling off plan a tiny bit for one meal will be less detrimental to my progress.
Does anyone agree with this or has anyone heard this also?

Would someone mind emailing me the Meta Balance menu and if they have the maintenance and stabilization menu/information that would be great too. I have done MRC in the past with great results, but since then have gained some back. I am starting over and want my mom to do it with me and feel the Meta Balance menu will work better for her. I am new to this site so I can't receive PMs yet, so you can email them to rockmtn123 @ yahoo .com

Thank you

I too seem to lose less the more I workout! Are there just not enough calories, so our bodies shut down?! I feel really great when I excercise, so I don't want to give it up. I stalled a couple of weeks ago and can't figure out what to do.

When I talk to the consultants about it, I get very little feedback about the excercise part. All they are saying is that I need to do Phentatrim for 30 days to give my metabolism a boost. If there is a way to do it thru food & excercise, I'd rather do that.

Any suggestions??

I haven't heard about MetaBalancefrom my center either. I would love it if someone would post a copy of the menu.

Thanks So Much!

~Connie~
