Talking 7th Day & Let Me Tell YOU......oh & don't laugh at my "rewards" ok???lol

I just started my blog for my 7th day. I can tell you guys I feel absolutely PAINFULLY terrific. I mean that literally. Yep everyday I power walk, oh and yesterday I even jogged half a mile but not all together at one time and today I power walked 2.5 I HURT...but it is a great hurt. My food intake was not only right on track BUT HEALTHY!!!! OH and let me add it hasnt been above 20 something degrees out there whew.....

Tomorrow I meet for 2cnd time with my trainer. I need her to work with me on toning as my cardio I am confident of being able to attain on my own obviously.

SO as I was walking I am thinking of the various things I can do as rewards AND I am creating a VISUAL board right here by my desk, with lots of peoples before and after pics, of my rewards, AND SEEING MYSELF as already at my goal.....

I did sneak and weigh myself yesterday, i wasnt suppose to via my trainers orders but couldnt resist. I lost my excess weight from since November and today I am at 233.

Valentines Goal...220 lbs 6 days a week work out
-----> for that I get to throw out my REAL big clothes or donate whatever and buy ONE pair of pants to small to get into soon enough like 1-2 sizes less than I am at 220

March 15th Goal.....Onederland baby...YEP...6 day a week work out,
------> Going to treat myself to one night away in the mountains and will buy a special hmmm nightgown lol for my partner and me

April 15th Goal..NOW YOU WILL LAUGH...180 lbs 6 day a week work out
------->
I get to sign up at the local pole dance studio Ive been dieing to do this just for the heck of it and i hear its quite the workout....lololololol

May 15th Goal...165 lbs 6 day a week work out and training for a 5k run

-------> treat myself to a modest lol 2 piece suit to wear around my pool & do another closet clean out and replace with new clothes including something TOO small

THATS AS FAR AS I GOT...

WATCHA THINK????????

What I love most is your enthusiasm! LOL! It's a little catching.

I love your mini goals and I love the rewards, so no laughter from me. As for throwing away the big clothes, heck I do that daily! My new favorite activity is to try on all the clothes in my closet marveling at how differently they fit me and each time I decide a new item needs to go in the never-to-be-worn-again pile. I have a couple Spring items that fit me now. I'm eager to just toss them out, but they fit now! I'm hoping in Spring they'll be too big. Such fun!

And let me tell you...trying on all the clothes in your closet...WAY more fun than eating! LOL! And I can spend hours at it!

Good luck!

4lbs a week seems like a high goal. I think your rewards are great, though.

I just did the same thing and could try on clothes for hours at a time! FOUR garbage bags full of clothes that were too big for me to fit in. I've rediscovered lingerie (WOOHOO!) and clothes I haven't worn in five or so years. In fact, I found one shirt that I hadn't worn since my mom was out here in 2003 and now it's too big! Two bags went to a friend of mine since she's the same size as me and two bags went to the Salvation Army. I bought some new clothes to replace some of the stuff I gave away. Unfortunately, there are laws against going around naked.

A mini-goal for me after I finish this 30-something BL Challenge (looking to reach onederland too) is to buy a dress; a really nice one. If you knew me, you would know that I DO NOT WEAR DRESSES! I hate my ankles and legs, but lately, they're starting to look good... especially with my moontan (I'm really white!).

You're so enthusiastic about it! It's really contagious. I love seeing people who are excited and not miserable. Haha But I love your rewards. They're great. I need to come up with some sort of reward system too... Hmm. Good luck!

i think your rewards are awesome and very you. I love how enthused you are and your visioning. I would add some NSV (non-scale victory) rewards in there too, re going down sizes.
And remember, you are building lots of muscle with all this exercise so consider getting a scale that measures fat and reward yourself for going down in body fat too!
