Time to start up again!
Hey guys - I don't know if anyone's still around from when I was here last, maybe two years ago? But this site helped me go from around 200 to 140ish at my lowest. Honestly, at the very lowest I was bulimic to maintain and friends who know me now think I looked sick then - I think it was legitimately too thin for me. BUT, i've definitely crept up above my comfortable range right now, especially with ***THE HOLIDAYS*** doing their thing. So its time to start again, hoping to get back down to 150. Would love any stories from others who've had this type of backslide and successfully overcome it! Glad to be back in the 3FC.
