Default Buffet Brunch

Okay, all you lifetimers. DH and I (remember he is trying to gain weight now) have been invited to a wonderful buffet brunch this Sunday. Any recommendations on what to eat?? In my "I can eat it all" past, I would have tried just about everything.

Any advice?

Hmmm.

I would say, go for the fruit, seafood, canadian bacon and salad option. Small bagels are also good. I would stay away from the salads if they are swimming in mayo, the omlet bars, the bacon, sausage, quiche and homefries. Eggs benedict too.

I haven't been to a sunday brunch in a long time, but the last one I went to had sushi (imagine that!) and lots of cold seafood. Those are good options.

Thanks, lalala. That would be great to have sushi. I already knew to stay away from the Eggs Benedict, but I always forget about Canadian Bacon. I'm sure there will be plenty for me to eat. Thanks again.

My problem with buffets is that I know all those good ideas and they go right out the window when I'm confronted with all those "free" (as in I paid for it, I'm going to make it worthwhile) goodies. Good luck!
