Default Starting Atkins Tomorrow - Help!

Hey Guys,
So after a weight loss of 40 lbs, I was pretty proud of myself - but not proud that I never reached my goal weight. I am 5'8" and I started at 205. I am currently 165 and have been for the last year or so. I can't seem to kick it. My goal is 140. So, after extensive reading, I have decided to do the Atkin's diet. It will be a little different for me since I am a vegetarian, but I think I can stick to it. Any suggestions for my shopping trip tonight? Tomorrow is day 1 of induction!

We're pretty similar! I'm 21, in college, 5'7, and about 175-170.

When I started atkins I loaded up on eggs and salad. (Grocery store near me sells salad bags and a dozen eggs for 99c each, so it wasn't too pricey)

Deviled eggs were good to fill me up, and I usually ate salad with ranch dressing. Personally, taking a multivitamin really helped me feel good throughout the day so I recommend some of those.

I'm not sure if it's allowed on induction, but I like scrambled eggs with low sugar ketchup on them. If you fry the eggs really crispy it almost tastes like fries <3

Chicken breast with parmesan cheese is good too, and if you add a little bit of garlic, oregano, and some broccoli, it tastes like chicken alfredo without the noodles.

to Atkins!
Have you read the book? Even though you will need to make modifications since you are vegetarian....reading the book is essential for doing this plan correctly.

Alright. So today is day 1. Being vegetarian, how should I be getting all the food I need? I had cheese eggs for breakfast and have a cucumber pepper salad packed for lunch with a slice of cheese. For dinner tonight I am planning to have some snow peas with soy tempeh and soy sauce. I can just tell I am going to struggle with being hungry in between meals and am wondering what to eat for snacks since I am already fulfilling my 2-3 cups veggies and cheese intake. Help?

How difficult is it to be a vegetarian on the Atkins diet? My understanding was that a lot of the protein alternatives such as nuts and seeds aren't an option until after the induction phase.
