I've been working out and I've made drastic changes to the way I eat and diet for a week now, and have not fallen off the wagon, I've hit my mini goal for keeping up with this, and I feel like I can't stop now!
I weighed at 194.4 when I started, I weighed myself a few days ago again and I was at 191. I figured it could just be fluctations and decided not to get excited until it stayed down and kept going down. I weighed myself today, I'm at 188.0
I am just coming off my period so I may have lost some extra weight there, but I can't believe I'm doing it! I'm actually doing it
I can't wait till I get a ticker cus I'll have something to actually show!
