Hi Everyone!
I just signed up and thought I'd say "hi" and introduce myself. I'm Babette, 45 yrs old, and am currently a WW's member ... however, I'm not sure how much longer I'll stay with it. For several reason, I'm not finding it a good "match" for me. I have lost 11.6 pounds since starting on 7/25/09 ... however the whole points thing is starting to wear thin. I'm finding a lot of discrepancies and no one seems to really be concerned with them!
Currently I weight 248.4 - however, my highest weight was 410. Over the years I've taken "breaks" and just maintained and then picked up again when I figured I was ready. All in all, I realized that I lost "easiest" when I just counted my calories. Seems it a lot less complicated to me.
I read quite a few posts before deciding to join - I loved what I read and everyone seems very helpful and supportive. I'm looking forward to meeting our members!
