Default Everyone Weigh in 09/11/09

Me: 197.5, up a pound from last week. Not great, but not as bad as I thought it might be. Still, not what I would call happy about this.

I almost fell off the scale when I saw it. This "eating healthy and exercising" thing seems to be working.

I am planning on giving myself some serious reward when I step out of the 170s.

159.9. I know that's technically 160, but I love seeing 15X. I've been 16X for SOOO long that just seeing the 5 made me squee! to myself this morning. Hope next weigh-in it's a definite 15X!

Hi --

I'm new here (posted an introduction about a week ago) and my goal is to lose 22 pounds slowly and steadily. Since I started 6 weeks ago I've been losing a bit over a pound every week - and this week I have also lost about a pound! So I'm VERY happy.

I began at 154 pounds and now weigh 146.5 (yay!).

Congrats to all the other losers!

Congratulations! The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago! I was in complete shock, even though it was less than a lb away from my last weigh-in, ha ha. that 15X...I haven't seen since middle school...Now it's there all the time!!!
Aw, you must be so happy! I wish you so much luck in your weight loss goal. And everyone else as well. this is such a great site.
