Default Hi there, newbie introduction

Hi, my name's not actually Peter but you can call me Greg. I'm not really big but I'm having a hard time trying to shed about 30 pounds of fat so I can fit into my Spider-man suit.

Please wish me luck and I hope we can all be friends.

And quick question before I start, how do I get my legs thinner. I noticed they go up in a V-shaped thing, and ends up being a little big and un-attractive.

Welcome Greg...what has really helped my legs is running three days a week. I also do LB strength training( squats,lunges) twice a week.

Welcome to 3FC! I'm glad you're here! Surf around and settle in. We have forums based on age, eating plan, exercise, and more!

In general, spot reducing doesn't work. Overall weight loss will help your legs thin out so you can fit in your Spidey-suit.
