Hi everyone!
My name is Elli, I'm almost 25, and have somehow manged to gain 100+ lbs. in just 10 years... yikes!
I'm 5'5 and currently weigh 259 lbs.
My goal weight is 150
I just recently signed up for the meal delivery plan at ediets.com, and have finished day 2. It seems like something that I can do *crosses fingers*
I've tried nutrisystem in the past, and just couldn't stomach the food for very long, but ediets has been yummy so far. So hopefully I can continue it until I reach my goal. I also think it will help me change the way I eat even after I discontinue the meal delivery.
So far I am really lovin' the muffins and bagels on ediets. Normally I skip breakfast, because I am not a breakfast person, so ediets has changed that bad habbit already
I think these forums are amazing, and I think I will quickly become an active member here!
