Default Size 16+ exercise classes

I'm starting up some exercise classes exclusively for people size 16+.

I would love your input on the kind of thing I should advertise, avoid etc.

So far I have got
"Baggy T-Shirt exercise classes. Exercise classses exclusively for those size 16+.
Small classes, led by a large instructor, for the larger person"

Would that get your interest? Why not? What should it say?

Would you like leaflets available in each class? What sort of info would you like? What time and what day would be best for you? How much would you pay?

PLEASE, any info would be gratefully received. I want to make this work and hope you can help me make it really successful.

Hi BFB,
I too an having an awful time with my hayfever as well and I live right on the beach which is supposed to be best place for sufferers.
You will probably see on the news tonight our big helecopter crash this evening just missed my house came down about 450 yards away. There were massive explosions and lots of smoke. The crew managed to scramble clear just before it blew up. They just missed the Marine base and a housing estate otherwise there would have been hundreds of people hurt. They came down by Rockley Park caravan siite , one of the Haven groups site Everyone was very lucky all round I say, me because I still have a house and them for getting out in time. Life is never dull round here!!!!!!

Hey Viv!

Are you feeling OK? That has got to have been the most scary of moments.

I have been out working all day, but as I logged on here I heard the TV in the background and was quite worried. Not least because I use lots of Lush products and would hate their tiny shop to have disappeared (how selfish huh?).

Anyway, hugs and a hot cup of cocoa to calm the jitters, Stef
