Lightbulb No binge today! A small victory - I'll take it

I did NOT binge eat today

I DID go to the gym and ride the recumbent bike for 25 minutes today!

I also took a vow - a vow of Kindness:

I will no longer, upon awakening each morning, tell myself that this will just be another bad day that I'm feeling horrible and fat and I've wasted my life and today's no different

Seriously, I actually "say" that to myself every morning! How sad. I would never, ever say that to another person. How cruel. So, why did it take me this long to figure out that I shouldn't treat myself like dirt? That just doesn't matter - it took what it took.

That is a big step! The idea of "wasted time" can really drag you down. There is NOTHING you can do about the past, only about the future. May you stay in the present and find the growth and joy of each new day!

Good advice for all of us. You've accomplished a lot, losing 30 pounds, and you deserve to feel good about it.
