I go back to my doctor next week for my follow-up for Metformin (it will be a month now). I've been doind a VERY strict low-carb diet and I've lost 8 lbs. this month with the Metformin and diet. I've had my thyroid checked and it was fine along with my blood pressure and my chlos. Are there any other things I should talk to him about? Any diet advice or workout advice? I appreciate all the help from you guys!

I've been on the glucophage for 3 weeks, and watching my diet but have only lost 1lb, so definitely congratulations on the 8lbs!
