I have been doing Turbo Jam on and off since Spring 06, and I used to be able to knock out an hour or two with little problems. I just put the Learn and Burn in the dvd player, and I just couldn't get through the 15 minute "Burn" section.
I can't believe how terrible I am now. It's extremely mortifying.
i know. I do it now, once a week. first 2 times, i had lower back pain, this Saturday past, my legs had striking pains through them... couldnt sleep and it felt like i couldnt walk - i actually dont know if i'll even continue doing it. the pain was kinda scary.
I was thinking of trying the turbo jams..I haven't been very active lately. Had the flu, had other things going on, and just got back to the exercise grind yesterday...I lasted 15 minutes of mine, but you know it gets boring as I only have one DVD really lol. I'm wanting to try something new though! Turbo Jam looked fun!
